Do you have a complaint about a product or service from Doctor Comfy Sleep? It is unfortunate if you have a complaint about our products or services. We would like to help you further and offer a desired solution. You can send a message to our customer service , who will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. After receiving your complaint, you will always receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will inform you of this.

Dispute procedure

If your complaint has not been resolved after contacting our customer service, you can submit it in writing to Doctor Comfy Sleep. Send your complaint stating your name, address, city and customer number or order number to:

As soon as we receive your letter, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. You will receive a definitive answer within seven calendar days after the acknowledgement of receipt.
