Discount code terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to digital and printed discount codes offered by Doctor Comfy Sleep.

1. Digital discount codes are often linked to an email address. The discount code only works if the email address in question is used when ordering items. The discount code cannot be used in combination with another email address.
2. The nature, duration and expiration date of an offer and other specific conditions of use can be found in the communication in which the discount code is included. Each discount code is valid for a certain period. After this period, the discount code can no longer be used.
3. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to an order.
4. Unless otherwise stated, each discount code can only be used once per person and per email address.
5. If a discount code is used for items whose (total) price is below the value of the discount code, the remaining value of the discount code will expire.
6. Offers are valid while stocks last.
7. If you return the products with which you used the discount code, the discount will expire.
8. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for money. You cannot use a discount code to get a discount on products other than the products for which the discount code campaign applies, as described in the statements in which the discount code is included.
9. Discount codes are issued once. In case of theft or loss, no compensation will be given. Loss also includes (accidentally) deleting emails.
10. It is not permitted to modify or falsify discount codes, including hacking, spreading viruses, spamming or forwarding.
11. Discount codes may not be used for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued. Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized action will be registered and may result in the use of discount codes being denied.
12. The discount code is not valid in combination with other discount codes.

Redeeming your discount code is very simple:

1. The terms and conditions for use differ per discount code. Therefore, read the email in which the discount code is stated carefully.
2. Add one or more items to your shopping cart.
3. Enter your discount code and click 'Activate'.
4. The discount will be applied immediately in your shopping cart.
5. You can now complete your order.
